Why invest in property?
It is a well known fact that purchasing off-plan properties can lead to spectacular property appreciation during the construction period of a project, however a large part of this gain can be swallowed up by agent commissions and allied costs.   By obtaining advance notice directly from the developer of new projects about to be launched significant savings can be made by purchasing at pre – release prices and prime location properties reserved ahead of the general release to the public.   Members of Alpha-PIC will receive emails of upcoming launches phase by phase directly from the developer along with special offers before they are offered to the public.
In addition members enjoy a longer period in which to pay their 15% deposit with nothing more to pay until completion of the project.   For full information on our payment scheme please click the Privileges tab.   In most instances the developer will build all phases of a development at the same time which does lead to an extended build cycle.   This works to the investor’s advantage in two ways.   Firstly if the property is to be rented out there are no problems with neighboring construction work.   Secondly with just a 15% deposit payable until completion property appreciation can be significantly higher over the extended period.   Of course investors are free to sell their property on at any time during construction without penalty.

Why should I purchase an Alpha - PIC property?   Firstly we are a forward thinking and innovative developer, we do not build unimaginative small “cookie cutter” style developments around a pocket sized swimming pool.   Our communities always include a number of large pools plus an indoor heated pool for the short winter period, we then build a clubhouse, restaurant, bars, shops, gym and other sport facilities.   Our aim is to provide our investor - purchasers with an investment they can be proud of for the future and for our permanent residents and rental clients we aim to provide a luxuriously relaxed environment equally suitable for vacations, semi permanent living or retirement.  
Why should I purchase a property in Cyprus?   The most logical answer is location, location, location, the three words everyone investing in real estate should heed.   The Republic of Cyprus is arguably the most Southerly member of the European Union and enjoys a temperate round the year climate with over 300 days of sunshine.   It is politically stable with a strong economy and at this moment the only new member of the EU fully qualified to join the European monetary system.   Cyprus will adopt the Euro in January 2008.   Property prices have been rising at a steady 12% per annum and look set to continue that momentum for some time to come.
Overseas property is now a major business and everyone has read of the booming property prices to be found in Eastern European and in particular Bulgaria and Romania has they prepare to join the EU.   It all seems so easy “Purchase an Apartment for Twenty Five Thousand Pounds, wait until the country enters the EU and double your money!”   However real estate growth is all about SUPPLY and DEMAND.   In the long term the only reason real estate prices rise is due to an undersupply of quality properties on the market.   The one slight problem here is that most people in Bulgaria, Romania and a number of the other Eastern European countries want to leave them.   England is already putting barriers in place has are Spain and France.   With monthly wages that low, who can blame them for wanting to find greener pastures, the problem is that the people planning on leaving are exactly the ones they need in order to build the economy.   In other words they are the “future purchasers for your property”.
If you think property is cheap now in a semi – stable market, just wait a few more years until the local developers have overbuilt everything and see how cheap it can get then.
